Legislative regulation regarding cookies
Previously, the Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) of May 8, 2014, and the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) have integrated the legislation on privacy under Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, strengthening the protection of individuals' data as referred to in Recital no. 30 of the mandatory Regulation:
